There have been a ton of questions as to when you're going to be able to customize the Vapor X:60 stick. Well, the answer is "now".
You can now create your own personlized Vapor X:60 or Bauer branded Supreme ONE95 stick. Just check out the new My Bauer page and start the creation process. Enjoy, and let us know how you like your new sticks!

I am new to skating and have just bought a set of Vapor Xi skates. The skates had no care instructions or instructions as to whether they can be heat moulded and at what temperature for how long etc. Are you able to help me with these instructions?

I created and ordered a personalized ONE95 for my son, who had been asking for it as a present every day for 3 months prior to his birthday this past October. What should have been a very simple, convenient ordering process turned into a huge hassle as the ordering portion of your site was down. I called everywhere I could think of to speak to someone in customer service. I even called the local ice hockey pro shops in my area. They didn't have customer service information and weren't even aware that these sticks could be customized. I finally tracked down the phone # of your corporate headquarters and spoke to someone who told me that no one could help me and I would just have to wait until the site was back up to place an order. I was extremely surprised that orders could not be taken over the phone and disappointed that your employee wasn't the least bit concerned that people who wanted your product couldn't get it. I waited until the site was fixed and placed my order. My son LOVED it. Unfortunately, the stick was stolen out of my husband's truck while my son took his equipment into the rink. My son's crushed so I again tried to contact customer service to see if there was any type of purchase protection. The only customer service I received was a bored-sounding, scripted voice mail box message that referred me back to the place where my son's stick was purchased. And, that would be here... www.bauer.com Now I have the added task of talking my son into accepting another brand, one that actually values customer service and appreciates the business that they receive. the kane and lindros curve are exactly the same. You need to look at the curve number not the player name when looking at bauer blade patterns.

We recently purchased a Bauer true vision II cage, my son was hit from behind yesterday and because of the high impact of it the facemask was dented or crushed if you will, we are grateful that our son had no injuries to this hit and want to thank-you for creating a fantastic product. We did however, return the facemask to National Sports and they gave us a new replacement at no charge. They didn't expect that this cage could be dented and they were shocked. Thanks to you and your product our son plays midget hockey and he was able to walk away from this terrible hit.

your sticks are good but come out with some lie 7 curves that are better like the kane or something with a mid or a toe for offense players

This stick is great, but I have bought 2 of them and they both broke. Recently broke after 1 game and it was hardly used. Very disapointed. Spent 300.00 each and they both broke. Total of $600.00 and not even 10 games.

I have always had bauer sticks, I have recently got the vapor X50 102 flex and kane pattern. It is a very good stick but the only problem is that the stick-um is comming off very fast and there is no more where I have my hands.

I just bought a pair of Nike-Bauer One55 skates. I thought they were a brand-new model. I even bought a wider width because the salesclerk implied the D's were so popular they'd be hard to get.
