Not sure if you've noticed, but we recently added a Bauer Video Library. You can now find all the Bauer videos in one place on bauer.com. All videos on the site are shareable, so go ahead and post them to your Facebook, Twitter and any other accounts you may have.

If you go to a nike town store in your area (depending on where you live) go there and tell them your problem. They'll give you there advice, and maybe you can get your kid a new pair off that warranty. Then get an extra warranty just in case

With so many NHL players using a soft flexing sticks(80 flex), why does bauer not make softer adult size sticks? I'm 5'4" and any adult stick that I cut down will be much stiffer than many of the pro's sticks??

The Vap X 40 102 92 stick is not a dependable stick. I have broken two within a 3 week period-all on slapshots from a 14 year-old-does it sound like a defect in the manufacture?

I just bought Vapor X30s and am wondering whether or not I can bake them. I've gone to different places who have said you could and you couldn't. I was under the impression that you can bake them and am wondering if that is in fact true?

I have been wearing 9 1/2 C/A (narrow) CCMs forever. I just had my skates stolen. I would like to know what is the equiv fit from Bauer. CCM skates are just to friggin ulgy nowadays and I hear great things regarding Bauer. Esp the one 95 and one 75. Thanks much.

Leigh, I just bought Vapor X:30s from my pro shop and had them baked. And, Mary-Ann, you can't get the stickers replaced. They don't sell them anywhere. They may let you return the helmet, but I doubt it.

My son purchased a Bauer Vapor X60 stick and within 37 days (yes, 7 days after warranty) it developed fractures along the blade, making it unuseable. Bauer's response, too bad, overthe 30 day warranty. I would not recommend this stick, since at $200 for an intermediate I believe the expectation is for more that slightly over one month of use and a company to stand behind their top of the line products.

My sons goalie skates supreme one 55 developed a crack at center blade plastic on one foot and cracks at the toes on both feet. granted its been 18 months of miget hockey but it should last longer than that any suggestions thanks

Does anyone know how much the Vapor RX:60 roller skates are? Im getting mixed views on Bauer, so I dont know if I should order them on here or go to a store and get the opinion of if theyre that good or if Im just paying for the name. They seem really comfortable, but I cant judge because I havent tested them. Can any one tell me the price? Thanks alot and Id appreciate if I get a response.

I currently use the Nike Bauer Supreme One55 wood stick and have the One35 and One25 wooden sticks as well and I absolutely love them to death; I'm not a big fan of composites because in my opinion they break to easily. It's good to know that the X40 stick, which I was looking into getting, isn't worth it. But I'm curious Ryan, how did you manage to break it?

ONE90 shin pads (approx. year old) - knee cap has cracked down the middle and at stitching. Looking through blog and talking with others, I realize this is a recurring problem with Bauer shin pads. Retailer says to contact Bauer Customer Service - Bauer doesn't offer any Customer Service contact information (???) Please help

I recently purchased a set of Bauer One95 shin pads for my son.
He's on the ice constantly playing travel Bantam hockey and Freshman year high school 5 - 6 days/week. The knee cup cracked down the middle and where the stitching is on top of the pad. Does anyone know if there is a manufacturers warranty? For two months of use I think this is a bit non-standard of Bauer's past performance with the rest of his equipment.

I bought the one75 shin pads in the summer of 2009 and already they have cracked right down the knee and the actual knee pad is coming out. This has not only happened to me but a team mate as well. Is there any way to get new ones because they should still be under warranty, I've only had them 6 months.

Ryan, I am NOT surprised that happened AT ALL. You see that happening a lot with the players/pros and their composite sticks. That's a prime example of why I opt not to use them. (It also saves me money).

In may I bought Vapor xxxx at Pure Hockey in Mass. I have had them baked twice now. I have thin ankles and the problem with them is that there is no padding on the sides. The bones on my ankles push against the outer shell. It is like wearing ski boots without liners. They hurt the bones that stick out on the side of my ankles to the point of where I dread putting them on. I have had them "pushed out" in the two spots on each skate, but it has not helped. I have even tried taping additional padding on the spots. There is no customer service contact info to discuss this issue. Any advice on how to correct this $500 problem?

Three stores gave me three different stories of the fit between my 8000's and the One95. I wear a 9.5 8000 with toes very tight because the 10.0 had too much slop with my narrow ankles. My shoe size is 11-11.5 (US). Is the One95 sized the same, bigger, smaller?? I'd love to get a little more toe room, but not at the expense of a sloppy ankle. Help - my 8000's are on their last legs. Thanks.

I am looking to get a stick with the P15/Kilger blade pattern, but it seems the only option is to spend $200 on an ID stick. Being a men's rec player, this seems like too much to invest in something that could get hacked in half within a month or two. Are there any other less expensive models that offer the P15 pattern?

I bought a nike/bauer xx vapor goalie stick last season. I played 6 games with it and it cracked on the paddel. Playing rec hockey with no slap shots. Because games are spread out my 30 day warrenty was up so i bit the bullet and kept using it. I bought a new xx vapor on Jan28/10 and played one game with it and it craked in almost the same spot. I will take this one back. But unsure if i won't another one. PS what does a person do...

Just received a pair of one95's, pro-stock clearance from an online retailer. Every photo and in person pair of one95's have a blue colored Bauer Tuuk logo "swoosh" on the blade holders. The pair I received today have a red/orange "swoosh". Is this an older holder or what? The color clash is horrible but is this a lower quality holder on a brand new skate?? Can a Bauer rep answer this please....! Thanks!

I purchased a helmet for my son in Jan, 2009, now i am being told it is expired because the CSA sticker says 2008 and the date assembled says june 26, 2008, how can a Helmet i purchased new be outdated when i purchased it and how can the company put an expiry date matching that will expire 6 months after they made it. I think the company owes me a new helmet.

well, i purchased a pair of nike bauer XXXX skates last year and the past few months i have begun to notice that there are large bumps(calcuim buildup's) forming on my ankles, i no longer want this to continue and i request that bauer hockey send me a new pair of skates free of charge, if not i supposed i will sue the company on the fact that they have injured my overall health causing me not to be able to wear certain types of shoes due to these bumps,

I bought my 12 year old son a Bauer Vapor X40 stick as a Christmas gift. He used it for a total of 3 weeks until the blade cracked during one of his games. The 30 day warranty from the PURCHASE date had already expired but I called the warranty dept figuring they should take into consideration that it had been a gift as my son did not have chance to use it. "Sorry" was their reply. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed with Bauer for being unfair and so rigid when it comes to their warranty policy. For the cost of the stick, I thought it would lasted longer than 3 weeks.

I'm thinking of getting a Nike-Bauer X40 stick through Aeroplan but all I can get from them is a model #1032930. I can't see anywhere where that specifies what curve the stick has. I really want the PM9 (Malkin) curve, but am afraid I'll get something else. Anyone know where I can find out what curve the 1032930 has??

I have a pair of Mission S500 which have been one of the best skates I have ever worn. It's time to retire them and I tried a pair of NME 9-1's. My S500's are size 9EE, and fit like a glove. The NME 9-1's were also a 9EE but were too small. Unfortunately another size is not available for me to try on. My question is if I try to source a pair of Fuel 120 XP's would they be the same size fit as the S500's? Also, how do the Fuels compare to the S500's in regards to performance?

Bauer supreme 35 skates bought @ sportchek, never got a tyear out of them playing recreation hockey, Blade bent and tuuk holder broke. Brought them bact k to sportchek, they would not repair or replace, sent to a independent skate shop called bill's cycle shop, they said they could not get warranty parts, after half a year. I am not happy with service or warranty. I hope other people with negative concerns are willing to speak up. Not everyone has our skates paid for or sponsored if you advertise a product with a years warranty don't get out of it at every chance. unsatisfied bauer customer.

Purchased the Bauer vapor 60 12/2/09 as a birthday gift and it snapped 2/2/10. Of course, warrenty is only 30 days. My son just turned 14 in Jan. I feel there is a problem with this stick if it can't hold up for a travel bantam player, especially at $220. It's getting harder and harder to find a stick that will last a season.

Hello,
I am writing to inform you about a MAJOR problem we are having with the Bauer X50 Senior Skates. Here is the history:
• Purchased on 12/31/09 from Leisure Rinks in Orchard Park, NY
• On 1/18/10 during a game one of the blades cracked and fell out of the skate
• Skate was taken back to dealer and repaired
• On 1/20/10 during a game the other blade cracked and fell out of the skate
• Both of these issues could have caused serious injury to our player
• On 2/8/10 the Tuuk on one of the skates has now cracked.
We need to have safe and reliable skates as our son skates daily and now, once again we are without a skate for tomorrows event. Our son is 15 years old and has been skating since he was 5 years old. We have NEVER had this problem with a pair of skates.

I have a 3 year old 5000 Helmut. The inserts in the forehead area are cracked, exposing the foam which is now absorbing moisture (sweat). Any way to request additional inserts?

bauer x60 stick is cheap and not worth 300$ or even 200$ for that matter as i, my brother and my best friend all broke ours 37 days after warranty. It is the tin blade that does not hold up well to slapshots or snapshots.

We mailed a hockey stick with the invoice from J.A St-Pierre located Cabano, quebec (it was still on warranty) and you should had receive it january 29th from Montral central station (bus stop). So, we never had news about it since, we already paid $ 25 to send it, so we expect you to honor that warranty. Our dealer saisd you are a realible company then i hope we'll receive a stick soon or at least some news about it, thank you.

Defective Bauer X-60 skates
I have recently purchased some skates from Bauer and I am now returning the Bauer X-60 Red pimped skates as they are defective. It is very upsetting to purchase a pair of skates and have them last one month. Now, I need to package up the skates and send them back and wait close to one month to get a pair back because I have purchased online. I had the skates customized with red blades which will now result in an even longer wait time. In the meantime, my son has no skates to wear at a very crucial time in his hockey season and as a result I have had to go out and buy a used pair of skates so that he can continue to skate. When you purchase a pair of skates, you do not expect to have to return them after a 10 year old uses them 15 to 20 times.
Upon looking at where the lace eyelet came out it is very obvious that the hole has been double punched. You can actually see that they punched the eyelet too close to the edge the first time and then punched another hole a second time. Are there no standards or expectations?? It obvious the pair of skates should not have been sent out to the consumer as they would never have been able to withstand the pressure of the skates laces.
In addition, the skate blade on both the right and left skate are coming loose. The blade actually wiggles from the boot and I’m sure after more wear it will come completely loose. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the Bauer purchase.
You may want to re-consider buying these skates as they were not able to withstand the wear of a 10 year old boy. I feel very let down with a purchase of higher end skates by Bauer.

I have an older Bauer FM1000 visor made May 28, 1997. Problem is it won't stop fogging up. I try to use defogger but it's not working. Has there every been a problem with this visor or an age that the visor won't hold defogger anymore?

I bought a pair of Bauer Supreme 50's about 6 months ago. The eylets/grommets at the top of the skates have come out, and one pulled right through the hole making a tear which seems unrepairable. I would expect to get more than 8 months out of a $300+ skate but was disappointed in Bauer saying they stand behind their products for 90 days so take it to a shoe repair place. Are they just poorly made or did I get a defective pair?
