Just want to say how much my son playing High School hockey loves his new Supreme one95 stick. For the last three years he has played with the one90 and would not go to another. I tried to get him to get another one but he loved it so much he would not change. Finally I was on your site a week ago and was going to get him one custom with his name and stopped as I was going to fine out what color he would like. He called me to tell me he broke the stick and I sent him out to nearest store that had the PM9 blade. Needless to say he loves this stick even more.

i have left messages with customer service on many occasions and i am not getting a responce back from them, I have a pair of Nike Bauer hockey skates and the toe cap split from the soul of the skate and there is no damage to suggest that the skate was hit with anything like a puck or as we know anything else, so i would like them to make a suggestion as to what i might do about this. I only had the skates for a year when i first started to contaced Bauer and now there a year and a half and i still have a pair of shotty made skates and the company will not respect the fact that i baught the skate and need some help with fixing them.

stick recall - i see junior sticks are being recalled and understand it is dangerous for kids to be skating around with led paint on their sticks but it is OK for adults...why are you not recalling all the adult sticks as well???

Still waiting for the corp. office to contact me. The recall people had to forward my case to them becasue i was told to "dispose" of the stick that I had. So I did just that. Then found out in the mail that i had to return the stick. Now they "lost" the call so they can't go back and check it. I'm out a 153.00 stick that was barley used.

Well, I got a hold of Bauer today. To try and find out where my son's replacement goalie stick is. I was told it wasn't in the system, as the returned stick hasn't been processed yet!! They "couldn't tell me when the replacement would be shipped, but they could put a priority on it."
The stick I sent back arrived at Bauer on April 13, 11 days ago.
I already bought a cheap ($50) replacement for his practice, as I was told the whole process would "only take a few business days" to get the replacement to me.
I have now had to go buy ($150) a good light composite stick so he can compete properly at his try-outs.
I appreciate what Bauer is doing but, c'mon, get your stuff together.

I would like to comment to Joe who has the skate with broken toe. My daughter's skate did that exact thing this past weekend at a tournament. Took them back to place of purchase and they are supposedly checking on a replacement. Otherwise they will repair it. Apparently this has been a common problem and it is due to poor glue/threads in the manufacturing process. Hopefully they will stand behind their product and send me some new skates.

I called about my son's stick and they said that they couldn't help me because the information was not in the system. I hesitated to send it in but was assured the whole process would take a week. Now they are telling me it will take about 3 weeks. Save your breath and tell your kid not to eat the stick. It's cool that Bauer recalled the stick but they hired the wrong recall company to assist them!

I bought my new Total One skates on the 15th (release date) and they are amazing!!!
Paid £675 for them only to find out that they haven't got the NEW Fusion runners because the it has been decided (by who?) that European skaters prefer just steel runners....NICE! BUT! I can buy then separately (for approx £200 extra) when they are available to buy....I find this disgusting and a con and this should be publicised to the public when they are looking at purchasing these boots. I have an entire Bauer kit, but am now seriously considering changing to another brand...sorry for the rant people!

We sent our re-called stick in April 14th after being told we would receive the replacement stick in 3 - 5 days. It is now April 28th and no sign of the replacement stick. My son starts his ball hockey league on Wed and now has no stick to play with and of course Bauer has been no no help at all. Thanks a lot Bauer for nothing. I was wondering if you guys at Bauer could create a step in the MyBauer stick designer that lets you choose the shape of the toe on the curve you choose? For example, some choices would be round toe, square, square with more rounded corners etc.

I am baffled by Bauer. I live in the UK and it is almost impossible to buy any of the higher end Bauer products. I tried to purchase high end helmet and pads this week from two big UK hockey retailers both tell me they are not available. If I go direct o hockeymonkey in the USA they tell me they cannot sell to the UK. I am very frustrated by all this. It seems that Bauer don't want to sell their products to us Brits. Any ideas or comments would be gratefully received I want to buy X60 kit or push come to shove ONE95.

Since the Nike Bauer split up, I've seen players in the NHL who were using the Nike Bauer One95 are now using the same stick but it appears that the print on the stick is different. Where it used to say "Nike Bauer" and have the Nike "Swoosh" it just says Bauer in the new print like on the X60. When are these sticks going to be made available for retail stores?

I've purchaed three bauer composite sticks for my son. Two broke before 90 days of use. I'm not buying Bauer in the future. This is just too expensive a proposition. The one stick which has now gone two seasons proves that composites can last but the two that broke proves that the manufacturing process is unreliable and will fail shortly after the warranty period. I know that sticks take a great deal of punishment during a game and somehow this lets the manufacturer off the hook. The problem I'm having is that the punishment a hockey stick takes is the same now as it alsways has been. As a matter of fact in todays game the hockey stick sees less impact related issues. Somehow its become Ok to produce a stick that can help your shot but wont stand up to other severe impacts including striking the ice. We, the consumers, are suckers.

I called 1-888-734-0443. in regard to when I would receive the replacement hockey stick. Both times I called, they told me, it is not in the system yet. One person told me 5 days and the other said 7 days to receive our replacement stick. this time has passed. To this date ,we do not know when we will receive the stick. Wll it be a week or even months. I would appreciate if Bauer would give us an honest answer.

Bauer is a real joke when it comes to customer service we ordered goal pads for my son 10 months ago and still not here. First they said we won't do those custom colors on a custom order, did'nt let anyone know. Then now 10 months later we changed color schemes and once again bauer says no we won't do it. This is a load of crap I hope word gets out and these people start to lose business anyone else with stories please start posting it on Bauer's website and maybe they might realize how they got there. From a used to be devoted Bauer purchase for 36 years.

HELP! I sent in a recalled stick and it has been three weeks, and everytime I call the numbers that was given to me. I keep getting told that they haven't sent the stick yet and they don't know when they will... Come on the kid is still playing hockey! I would have kept the damn thing, he only has one stick now, and try-outs are coming up at the end of the month! I hold my breath at every game, hoping the back up stick doesn't break. I wish someone would contact me or something. This is horrible customer service!

To Stanleys comment 4/30/2010 - My comment was for Bauer not you. My son is a goalie and uses a player stick only occassionally. We had one player stick - which is now in Bauers possession and not available for our use and was perfectly fine for ball hockey. We were told by Bauer we would have the replacement stick in 3 - 5 days and Bauer has fallen far short of their promise which has now cost me additionally money. Get all the facts before you post nasty put down remarks and furthermore it is really none of your business.

@Doreen.K - Sounds like your getting the run around from your local hockey shop; it only takes 10 - 12 weeks for custom gear from Bauer. Have ordered from them many times..no issues. Take it up with your dealer.

First of all, I would like to thank BAUER for the replacement stick. My son loves it. I like how you automatically replced with your best products, when other companies would offer discounts on future purchases or just replace with the same product. It took a little longer than originally thought but, that's moot now. Thank you also, for letting me voice my concerns, and having them addressed.
They are swamped with calls right now. Mostly with people trying to find out if their stick is one that needs to be returned.
CHECK THE LIST PEOPLE !!!!

I have a pair of bauer X30 and the boot ripped. It doesn't impact the functionality but I am disappointed that the boot ripped in less than 6 months. Is this covered under warranty.

I have a pair of One90 skates that are approx. 2 years old and I love them, but the metatarsal guard is ripped off, can I expect the same poor quality with the Vapor 60's or the Total Ones?

i would like to know if there is an e-mail or a phone # to speak to someone about my skates bauer one 90 i bought 3 years ago that are still boken again for the 3 time. For the price i paid for these it it very disapointing. just one skate keeps causing me problems it must have been defective from the start. Even the tuck and the blade broke in two. Now the boot itself is comming off the tuck, the rivets are still good. The toungue in the back broke off first.Anyways it is very frustrating, i've never heard of anyone having these probles with any Bauer product. It is the reason i bought these to begin with and my son's equipment is also all Bauer.

The adult sticks aren't recalled because there's laws the against having lead around people under a certain age. So no adult sticks will be recalled, I believe that the lead paw is only in the US or Canada but Bauer is offering ilthis return policy for both countries just incase. For everybody complaining about stick returns. CHANCES are, your stick took 2-5 business days to get to the factory, but that's not even the real issue. Bauer probably made 10 million sticks that got recalled, what makes everyone want to complain that THEIR stick has taken more than two weeks when they probably have a thousand sticks at a time to process. Understandable the arrogance that comes out of a lot of people. I had sent back multiple sticks (vapor xx Jr) from when I was a kid and they were good enough to send me SENIOR sticks. Yes it took me 3 or 4 weeks to get the sticks which sucks, but it helps you out in the long run. Others threaten to switch to other companies, I'm sure we will see you again soon as the quality of Bauer equipment is second to none. For issues being dealt with skates. I also had an issue with the seems of my x60 LE skates (impossible to find now, but got lucky just outside Toronto). Unfortunately for us Bauer boots are only covered for I believe 90 days unlike the chasis which are covered for a full year (the only issue I have with top of the line skates, yet need much longer warranties) the regular x60 skates hold up MUCH better from what I've personally (not in all cases) have noticed.
I would like to apologize for everyone who had to read me explode on here, but it's frustrating coming into this blog wanting to see comments good or poor about the equipment and find out useful information.. NOT have to see a group of people complaining that their FREE sticks have takes more than 2 weeks.
NOW does anybody know if the total one skates are available to order with the one100 tongue? Instead of the tongue with stiffness inserts?
