Processing a Stick Claim


  • 30-DAY LIMITED NORTH AMERICAN WARRANTY ON COMPOSITE STICKS
    If a claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase, BAUER Hockey will provide a one-time replacement of your player or goalie composite stick if damaged due to a manufacturer defect. To process your claim, Bauer requires your original receipt from an authorized BAUER dealer along with the white serial number sticker affixed to the original receipt. Hand-written receipts and banking statements will not be accepted. Please keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records. Warranty claims without the required information will not be processed.
  • Note: There is no warranty for wood or foam core sticks or replacement blades. Please also note, that warranty will be voided, if the composite stick has been used on concrete or asphalt.

  • Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes therefore, you must provide a street address.

  • The warranty is provided in accordance with Russian law. Please contact the location where you purchased your BAUER product. In the case of a dispute, please contact the exclusive distributor in Russia, Inter-Commerce LLC at office@inter-commerce.ru.

Do you need extra guidance?

  • Option 2: Email
    You may send an email to stickwarranty@bauer.com requesting an authorization number. Please include full mailing address, phone number, model: name of stick, variation: left or right, blade pattern and flex, serial number and date of purchase and a photo of your original receipt, showing the white serial number sticker, as a well as a full photo of the stick, showing the black serial number on the stick, as well as a 3rd photo of showing the breakage area. Once all the necessary information has been received, A Return Authorization will be created and sent to you by return e-mail.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

  • How does local law relate to this warranty?
    This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary regionally or nationally. Some locales do not allow limitations on the length of time an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

Processing a warranty claim for equipment purchased from a Retailer

  • Please review the warranty table below for applicable warranty periods for each product. If your purchase is within the warranty parameters noted in the category list below and you have purchased from a local retailer, you should contact the retailer, where they will be happy to review your claim and handle or process a warranty claim on your behalf, should the item qualify for warranty. Please note that in order to be eligible for a warranty claim, you must present to the retailer, your original receipt. Your retailer will not be able to process your claim, without a valid proof of purchase.

  • Please note that warranty claims, are for for any defects in workmanship, within the time frame specified for the item you purchased. Bauer is not responsible for damages or abrasions to any equipment, as a result of playing the sport.

  • While warranty exceptions are unlikely, if it has been more than the specified warranty parameters, since your purchase and you have the original receipt from an authorized BAUER dealer, you may contact us:
