PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE APPLICABLE TO ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY ON OUR BAUER SITE. IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED AN ITEM THROUGH A LOCAL RETAILER, THIS POLICY WOULD NOT APPLY.

Returns are Fast and Convenient- Returns will be processed within 24 hours

Bauer offers a full 30 days from the date of purchase, to return an item purchased through our Bauer.com site.

  • A full refund on your purchase will be reimbursed however; we do not reimburse original freight charges.
  • In order to receive a refund, the product must be in its original package, it cannot be used or washed and it must contain all accompanying parts
  • Keep a copy of your online purchase receipt for your records and include it with your return
  • All returns that meet our E-commerce policy guidelines must be created on our site, by filling out the RETURNS FORM
  • Once the return information has been received, one of our Bauer Ecommerce agents will create a return number and provide you with a shipping label, to return your product.
  • Please keep a copy of your shipping label so that you may track your return.
  • Once the return has been received and inspected and if it meets all of our guidelines, a refund will be issued to the credit card used to make your purchase. Once the package has been received by our warehouse, a full refund of the product will be reimbursed to the credit card used to make your original purchase, within 3 business days from receipt but depending on your financial institution, it may take 10-14 business days for this transaction to appear on your statement. Specialty Exclusions to this policy

CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

  • MYBAUER CUSTOM STICKS - Please note that this does not apply to Mybauer custom stick orders, as custom sticks are not refundable.
  • CUSTOM SKATES - cannot be returned or altered, once the order has been submitted, no changes can be made and they cannot be returned.
  • E-GIFT CARDS - are not refundable.
  • Equipment without proper Certification stickers or accompanying parts, or any other items that are not in their original packaging, or have been worn or washed

Bauer will only accept returns for specialty products, in circumstances where the product has been damaged in shipment, or where the incorrect product was shipped.

ONLY ELIGIBLE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED, WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
