"Do not buy this. It was a Christmas gift, not used until January but Bauer will not let me get a return because it was purchased in October. It literally feels not cold in one corner. If you are looked for actual heat- DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Disappointed in Bauer customer service. But save yourself the trouble, do not purchase."

"The item is fine. The experience ordering from Bauer is the worst compared to other retailers. After ordering the item, Bauer sent me 11 promotional emails before my item shipped. My item also took over a week from ordering until shipping. The shipper, Purolator, then made 1 attempt to deliver to my house and didn't leave at the porch. They then required me to drive 40in to pick up the item from their facility when home delivery was part of the purchase."
