"Very disappointed in Bauer. com online purchasing process, as I received these skates with no blades. Purchasing webpage didn't mention that the skates DID NOT include blades, nor did it provide an option to select/purchase a blade type. Purchasing webpage has since been updated to add a mandatory blade purchase selection. I'm returning these unused skates, and plan to purchase locally to ensure I get what I expect. Clearly, not enough effort was made to quality-check the website before it went live."
